  Awesome Jewelry store always best quality pieces around. Definitely better than Kay and Jared Chain stores. Would highly recommend Kelley for any help someone may need. She was very helpful and knowledgeable on all the jewelry. I definitely will be back and thanks Ali, Kelley, and Han for all your help.

  Not happy with my experience with this store. Although the lady that helped me was very nice, the owner, (I presume he was the owner) was rude, uncaring and condescending. I had two charms engraved with a name on the back. The engraving was so light you could hardly read it and, on one, the name wasn't centered. The man acted like he could care less and continued working at his desk. He did say they would make up for it the next time. There will not be a next time for me! The lady did offer to refund part of the engraving fee, which I appreciated but I will not frequent this store again! Too many other jewelry stores!
