  We love Home Depot and are loyal customers, however I would warn everyone away from making a major appliance purchase here, especially this store. We have encountered nothing but rude, unhelpful people, our delivery was pushed back due to snow (which is fine, nothing we could do about that) but they made no effort to expedite our delivery afterwards and were very rude about it. On top of that, the delivery was very late outside of our given window and I had no warning, which was upsetting because I had no one to pick my child up from school and couldn’t leave the house for fear they would say “oh well” and leave. I’m highly disappointed and will not ever purchase a major appliance here again. The stove, dishwasher, and washer/dryer we need to purchase in the future will be ordered from Best Buy or Lowe’s. I gave 3 stars because otherwise we get excellent service, but I am absolutely appalled at how bad this refrigerator experience has been.
