  I find it amazing that the only other reviewer is the SE regional manager for Orkin. I wish I could give them a negative score. When I initiated service at a new house in November 2017, the technician cut a pipe in my wall, flooding the home. Ryan, the local manager at this Holly Springs location, came out to see the damage. He got in my face yelling at me because his hearing aid battery was low and I wasn't looking at him when I spoke, but he heard the technician comment while he had his back turned. As the mother of a disabled man, I did not appreciate Ryan using his disability as a tactic to bully me. Ryan proceeded to push (bully) me to accept him going to Home Depot and getting PVC and glue to repair the pipe himself. He's a large man with a loud mean attitude and I am a very short woman. After he drove away to go to Home Depot, I asked the technician for the regional manager's number. The same Anthony Toney who gave this store a 5-star rating. I insisted they do a proper water damage restoration. The costs went over $10,000. They did pay the full cost for that. After that the technician finished his pest control service, but when I tried to call them out a couple weeks later, nobody came nor did they call me back, so I fired them. After they were fired, they charged my credit card for services not received. After threatening and bullying me, Ryan still works for them. So much for anti-bullying policies.
