After a rather stressful day of getting my phone stolen, the staff did an excellent job in making sure I felt taken care of. They did everything from answering my many questions to offering advice on different products and services specifically tailored to me. All in all, my wife and I switched from Verizon to T-Mobile and are saving money each month while both getting brand new iPhones. Big shoutout to Andrew and Scott for their patience and assistance every step of the way. Highly recommend.
