  I thought the place was a joke.. and some how when my friend went in their they couldnt manage to activate his phone until I told them that all he needed was a new sim card and surely they wanted him to be able to use his phone, all other cell carriers will basically pay you to either cut a sim card down or give you a brand new one if it means keeping you covered under their cellular network.. Once I said this the man says let me see what I can do, and walks to the back twiddled his thumbs for 5 minutes and then comes back with a new one like he had the idea and had my friend on his phone in 5 minutes..
